How to Join Troop 9464

Troop 9464 is always ready to welcome new Scouts.

To Join the Boy Scouts, a boy needs to;

  1. have completed the fifth grade, or have earned the Arrow of Light award as a Cub Scout, or
  2. be between 11 and 17 years old, AND
  3. like being a part of an organization where he can learn, grow, lead and have fun with his fellow Scouts.

You do not need to have been a Cub Scout.

Contact us and arrange to come to any of our regular Sunday night meetings (we believe that our boys are our best spokesmen for the troop).  You will have an opportunity to observe and participate in our activities and see how our more experienced Scouts work with younger boys. Talk to our Senior Patrol Leaders or any of our boy leaders about how they organize and run the program.

Our adult leadership is available to talk with your parents to explain our program, activities and the purposes of Scouting.  If you like what you see, let the Scoutmaster or one of his Assistants know and they will help you complete an application form with your parents or guardians and let you know the current registration fees.

We hope you are interested in Troop 9464.  Come and join us!
